Men’s Anger Healing Groups
New Group Forming for November, 2024
P u r p o s e
Going beyond mere anger management, these counselor-led groups help men own, understand and express a fuller range of emotions. We do so in order to facilitate deeper healing from past wounds and better, loving connections in present relationships.
S t r u c t u r e
Groups include up to seven men, meeting either online or in person, depending on member and leader preferences. Each group member is responsible for reading and workbook assignments (taking 1-2 hrs/wk). Groups are 24 weeks in length.
