Kathleen Godefroid, MA, PLPC is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary. In her professional, as well as personal experience, she has cultivated a deep passion for working with those experiencing the inevitable confusion and pain life brings. She is fiercely dedicated to bringing truth and healing, believing that although our past always reminds us of where we have been, it need not dictate the future. She has worked with adults, children and couples through a variety of life struggles including anxiety, low self-worth, depression, abuse and trauma, anger, grief, emotional disconnection and relational issues. She is an integrative therapist working from holistic therapy models that have attachment theory as their foundation. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside others, creating a safe space of acceptance, honesty and hope, bringing genuine curiosity to help ponder with you the unique questions that your story brings. Her hope for each person is that the therapeutic process will begin to empower clients to have agency in their lives and move toward an authentic sense of connection with themselves and others.
